Why AMP Exists
At AMP Performance Rehab, we’re redefining what elite physical therapy looks like,
starting with who we hire, how we treat, and why it matters.
We’re a private, out-of-network, performance based PT practice built for active
adults, competitive athletes, and growth-minded clinicians.
This is not an insurance-limited mill. We don't use techs. We don't believe PTs should
have to spend their nights and weekends writing notes.
Instead, we give great PTs the time, tools, and patients they need to do their best work
with people who are motivated, engaged, and thriving again after being told by other
providers they'd never run, lift, or train like they used to.
We currently have an opening for a full-time licensed physical therapist at our office in
Chester, NJ.

What You’ll Do at AMP
- Treat 1-on-1 for 60 full minutes (no double bookings)
- Deliver individualized treatment plans designed around movement,
performance, and lifestyle - Use built-in time for documentation, professional development, and
collaboration - Join weekly clinical mentorship sessions and case reviews
- Collaborate with local coaches, trainers, and performance pros who you share
clients with

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary

Requirements
- Active or eligible NJ PT license
- Live within 30 minutes of Chester, NJ (or be open to relocating)
- 1–3 years clinical experience preferred – new grads welcome if you're the right
fit - Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and initiative
