Earth & Serenity Massage Studio is seeking a motivated, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join a calm, therapeutic, and growing wellness space. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants flexibility, independence, and the ability to grow their own clientele while also receiving support from an established business.

-What You’ll Do-

Provide high-quality massage services including: Therapeutic massage, Sports massage and/or Thai stretching techniques (preferred); Customize sessions based on client needs; Create a calm, safe, and relaxing environment; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the massage space; Manage your schedule and client relationships professionally.

- Expectations -

Arrive at least 1 hour before first client to prepare your space

Maintain consistent cleanliness and reset between clients

Perform your own laundry using on-site facilities

Communicate schedule changes, illness, or conflicts immediately

Provide reliable, high-quality service that reflects the brand

Requirements

- Schedule & Flexibility -

You create your own schedule.

Available hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Occasional evenings: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Some Saturdays available.

Must submit schedule 30 days in advance.

- Booth Rent -

Weekly flat rate, to be discussed (no commission rates)

- Requirements -

Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Virginia (in good standing)

Skilled in therapeutic work; sports massage or Thai stretching preferred

Strong work ethic and professionalism

Friendly, client-centered personality

Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated

Must provide your own massage cream (Biotone Dual Purpose for Earth & Serenity Massage Studio)

- Interview Process -

In-person interview required

Hands-on practical: candidate must perform a massage on the owner to ensure technique matches the current clientele quality.
