Key Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
Active New Jersey Massage Therapist License in good standing (required).
Proficiency in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic Massage techniques.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy contraindications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, professional, and caring attitude toward clients and coworkers.
Ability to customize treatments based on each client's individual needs and preferences.
Strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and professional standards.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to assist with general spa operations, including maintaining treatment rooms, greeting clients, and other light duties when not performing massages.
Ability to maintain accurate client records and respect client confidentiality.
Willingness to learn new techniques and expand professional skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
