Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Job Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
Expected Pay: $25 to $40 per hour (including add-ons and tips)
Are you a passionate, licensed massage therapist looking for a supportive environment with a predictable income and excellent growth potential? Serenity Now Spa is seeking a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.
We believe in taking care of our service providers. That’s why we offer a unique, worry-free compensation structure designed to reward your hard work while protecting your time. Enjoy a sustainable schedule of 6 hours a day, 5 days a week (30 hours total), allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and prevent burnout.
Compensation
We pay $25 an hour plus add-ons and tips. You can expect to earn upwards of $40 an hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Massage Therapy: Deliver high-quality, customized therapeutic body treatments based on individual client needs and medical histories.
- Client & Admin Support: Assist with seamless daily spa operations, including checking out customers, booking future appointments, and making brief courtesy contacts/follow-ups with clients.
- Spa Cleanliness & Upkeep: Maintain a pristine, tranquil environment by changing room sheets between sessions, sanitizing massage rooms, and participating in light office/common area cleaning.
Qualifications
- Active Massage Therapist License in the state of Ohio.
- Or a student in an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and booking.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift linens and perform the physical requirements of a standard massage therapy role.
